Contender Sequence winner Islam Dulatov has been pressured out of his promotional debut with the UFC.
Dulatov (11-1), a former mannequin for Versace, was to have confronted Adam Fugitt as a part of UFC Seattle (UFC Combat Evening 252) on February 22, 2025.
Nevertheless, on Monday, the welterweight posted on social media that he had sustained a “serious injury,” leaving him unable to stay on the cardboard. Dulatov didn’t disclose the character of the harm.
“Hey guys unfortunately I had to cancel my fight on February 22nd due to a serious injury,” wrote the fighter. Later, he thanked followers for his or her help, including “Don’t worry, I’ll be back very soon and will be in the cage by April or May. My rehab has already started and we are on the road to recovery.”
With the lack of Islam Dulatov, Adam Fugitt now faces Billy Goff. Goff was to have confronted Nikolay Veretennikov one week earlier, just for Veretennikov to withdraw.
Fugitt confirmed the brand new pairing on social media, following a report by Combat Bananas. The UFC Seattle card, which takes place on the Local weather Pledge Enviornment on Feb. 22, 2025, now seems to be as follows:
